Thanks for reaching out to us. This is not an extended travel channel balance. This appears to match our Series 377, which has a 19-018 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting.

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Looking at your photo, it appears that you're measuring from the very top of the nylon fitting, but I admit it's hard to tell from this angle. Length is determined by the metal channel only.

We can supply a balance with an 18-1/2" long metal channel, but it has to be custom made so I want to be 100% sure that this is the correct size. Once I know that for sure we can work from there.

A quick learner from Fort Pierce Florida says:
Thank you for your email

This window is a pass-through window in our kitchen and sits on the counter top instead of seal.
We measured it again and it was 18 inches.
The window was original to our house and attached is the original invoice from them. The second item is this window.
Invoice says a 33 pass tru.

Please contact us if you have any further questions or if you can give us a quote.

Thank you,

Thanks for confirming the length! If your length is only 18" then you should strongly consider our S377-18. As long as the top and bottom fittings match our 19-018 and 15-005, respectively, then you should be good to go, but you will have to compare their physical design yourself. That invoice can't be used to ID your balances.
