2010 Extended-Travel Balances

Question

overall length with fittings is 22" - stamps is 2010 RN BSI TF - Viking window 2008 - hook and roller at lower fitting
17 windows total, all are failing - balance does not remain attached to sash, extends above sash even when diligently reset

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. We would just need you to confirm the number of balances you would like to start with, with the minimum being two.

I would also recommend checking the top sash guides that should be installed on the top inside corners of each sash to keep the balances in place below the sash. If the guides are broken or missing, that could be a big part of the problem. Thank you!
