20 3/4 length, there is no stamp. Milgard windows installed 2007. I need 6 balancers for 3 windows

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration.
Since there's no stamp, I will need you to place the sash on a scale and tell me the exact weight, down to the ounce. That will allow us to calculate the proper spring calibration. Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be in a 5/8" increment, not 3/4"; in other words, it should be 20-5/8" long.
