Processed off the link-- thank you. Oddly (or not) enough-- this casement window was born with only 1 balancer-- but happy to have a spare on hand.

Just to clarify, casement windows do not use balances since they open and close like a door using hinges on the top and bottom of one side. Only hung windows with sashes that open and close vertically use balances, which require one on each side for it to function properly.
