Before we go any further, can you verify the length of the metal channel in each case? For your stamps (2540, 2140, and 1740) they should be 25-7/8", 21-7/8", and 17-7/8", respectively. Can you also tell me how many of each size you needed?

First I'd like to confirm the configuration works satisfactorily. I typically have 2 ea on hand should one fail. This assumes of course that I can order more as needed without a long of lead time.
I'm assuming custom is merely cutting channel to length and assembly, correct?
What is the typical lead time? Minimum order qty?

Custom in this case means that the balances need to be special ordered. These aren't something we make in house, but they do have to be made from scratch to accommodate your specifications. They have a very particular configuration, and in your case is one that's fairly uncommon. The minimum quantity for each stamp is 2 and the lead time is 5-6 business days.
