We may be able to help however these are like custom balances. Before we can move forward, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.

There is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom orders and I will need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to forward the request.

Also, please be aware, custom balances are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not cancellable.

i need two
i do not know the exact weight but the single hung is 36-1/4" x 46-3/4"with 3/4" IG laminated glass. i would guess 10 to 15 lbs

Unfortunately, I would not be able to submit this request based on an estimate of the weight.

These balance are extremely custom, so we will need a precise weight, down to the ounce so that we can confirm its availability.
