In order for us to get this moving for you, we'll need to see a photo of the balance's top fitting, along with the stamp, as well as a photo of the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord. It's also important to note that these balances are only designed in 5/8" increment lengths. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check just to be safe!
