- I don't know who the manufacturer is or when it was made. The only thing I found on the window was the sticker that I included with the uploads

Hello there!

We can help supply this balance but it will need to be a custom order due to its configuration. Our replacements for this kind of balance are only designed in length increments that end in 5/8" so your metal channel should measure 33-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to triple-check to be safe.

Note, the manufacturer discontinued the wingless top and bottom fittings on your balance so your replacements will have winged top and bottom fittings. That won't affect function, however. I just wanted to give you a heads up.
