Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your balance assembly removed from the window, including both end attachments, the metal pulley cord, and the stamp code, to confirm the correct replacement. Thank you.

These photos are great. Now we'll just need you to confirm the stamp code etched on the metal channel, as well as the number of balances that you need with the minimum being two. From there, we'll be able to send you a price quote.
