Hi there!

We can help supply this type of balance but it will need to be a custom order due to its configuration. It's also important to mention that our replacements will have a metal channel length that measures 10-7/8" long, not 10-3/4". Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check just to be safe.

I'll just need one more detail in order for me to get this moving for you. Can you show me a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord?
