Length 29", width 1/2", believe Kinco windows is manufacturer (KC-1), this is printed on one balancer, "28 5 AP Caldwell. I will need (2) balancers for the left and right sides. Mr Glen

Hi there!

This doesn't appear to be an extended travel channel balance. Our S351-29 and S390-29 are more of a match based on what's shown in your photos. The important difference between these two similar looking parts is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll need to measure as shown below. You will also need to select the 2850 option for your replacement balances.

Thank you, it appears my shoe is 1", so the S351-29 seems to be the correct balancer. Also, I do not know if there's a difference between a balancer for the left side or right side. There doesn't appear to be.

The balance on the other side of the window ought to be the same as the one you show here.
