In regard to your channel balances, these will need to be custom/special order balances. I can provide you with a link to place an order for the replacement balances however, there is some information I'll need to confirm given that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment from the balance as well as photos of the back and side of the shoe. Please also confirm that the length of the metal channel of your balance is 20-7/8", it appears to be so from your photos but it is hard to tell.
