Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

I purchased an older condo and the windows slide up and down, but their channel balances are all messed up and popping out. I need to replace these on 4 different windows, but for now I need 2 windows that have the 24" x 9/16" channels with the picture attached.

Can you help me with this?
Do you have the parts I need?
Is there an easy video on how to install and get these windows working again

Hi there, Yannick.

This doesn't appear to be an extended travel channel balance. One of our stock non-tilt balances should work but I'm just not sure which one. In order to help, I'll need to see photos of an undamaged top fitting. Can you also write out the balance's bottom fitting depth?
