Thanks for reaching out to us. We can absolutely supply these balances, but they'll have to all be custom ordered as they are extended-travel. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add each one to your cart, in the requested quantities. You may then checkout as normal.
Please note that all balances will be made exactly like the configuration in your photos. The only differences will be between length and stamps. Otherwise the top and bottom nylon fittings and metal clips will all be the same. You'll want to check to ensure that this is accurate before you buy anything; if any balance differs from your provided photos at all, then we need to see it.
Last thing to note: all of these balances are made in 5/8" length increments by the manufacturer. For example, 19-5/8" long, 25-5/8" long, etc. To my knowledge they never made these any other way. That's another detail you should triple check before you place an order, as none of your lengths follow this criteria. As stated above, if any balance differs then we need to see it.

Thanks. The lengths I provided were .5 inch increment measurements of the metal channel only. Not including the plastic ends. I wasn't too precise there because I assumed the stamp length was the key number. aka "19 3" was length 19 and that is a standard length of 19 5/8". It sounds like that's not correct and I need to get more accurate measurements for each metal channel in increments of 1/8"?
Also, all the clips were the same on all balances.

Hey, Tim! Your analysis was completely correct: the stamps more or less indicate the proper length for the metal channel. 19-3 indicates a length of 19-5/8", and so on.
All balances with this configuration are made this way so I feel very confident that it will be the same story here, but I just thought I'd mention it just in case. These are non-refundable and it's a big order so I like to be thorough.

We have each balance in stock and ready to ship when you place the order. I went back and checked them myself.
Setting up a smaller order first is totally doable, if that's what you'd prefer. Just let me know which one you want to try out and how many, and I'd be happy to whip up a new custom order link for you. Just note that the minimum purchase quantity for these is 2.
