We're almost there! I just need to see the metal clip that's attached at the end of the pulley cord along with the confirmed quantity and stamp.

What you have here is an extended travel channel balance which has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length ending in 5/8". For example, your metal channel should measure 29-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double check to be safe.
