In the attached three pictures, the spring balancer on top in the pictures is the one I need to purchase. The bottom one was from another window.

We can supply that top balance, but it will have to be a custom order. Before we go any further, can you verify the length of the metal channel? It should be on a 5/8" increment, not 1/2". So, for example, it should be 26-5/8".
Can you also show me a clearer picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord?
Finally, since there is no stamp, I will instead need you to tell me the exact weight of the balance, down to the ounce. This is the only other way we can calibrate the proper spring strength.
