The information you've provided will be extremely useful in providing your with the correct replacement however, I'll still need to see a photo of the balance to confirm the replacement balance you'll need. These are custom balances and they are non-refundable and non-returnable, so we'll want to be absolutely sure of the replacements we are supplying you with.

I'll need to se see the top and bottom attachments from the balance as well as the hook attached to the bottom shoe.

I will also need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to replace. There is an order minimum of (2) balance per custom order.

Please confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balance. This is important for determining the amount of weight your balances should be able to carry.
