Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thanks for posting! These will need to be custom/special order balances, which are non-refundable and non-returnable. With that being said, I'll need a bit more information to confirm pricing and availability for these balances. 

I'll need to see a photo of the clip that would be attached to the bottom shoe of your balance as well as the top attachment of the balance.

Unfortunately, I cannot use these photos to identify the balances you need. They do not display the clip that would be attached to the bottom of the balance, only the wheel and pulley system.

Would you happen to have an undamaged version of this balance?

The photos do not display the hook, from the balance. I will not be able to identify your balances without seeing the hook. This means you will need to remove the undamaged balance from the window.

Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. So in the event that you do receive the wrong balances, you will not be able to return them to us.

It is extremely important for me to see the requested hook to ensure we are providing you with the right replacement.

Yes, that is the photo of the clip I was requesting. I've sent a link with a quote for the (2) requested balances. Please keep in mind that the length of the metal channel for these balances is 31-5/8".

Are you certain the metal channel is 13-1/2"? To our knowledge, the type of balance you have has only ever been made with a 5/8" increment. So, your balance should be measuring 13-5/8" in length. 

If they are in fact 13-1/2", we will not be able to assist with a replacement. Please double check this measurement and confirm.

In regard to the stamp (or the lack thereof) I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to determine the stamp you'll need.
