We can help supply a replacement for this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
Please note, our replacements will look a lot different from what you have here but they will still work since it's a direct replacement for the original manufacturer. There is also a 5-6 business week lead time.
