shoe has wheel (is "extended-travel channel balance" by your website trouble-shooting steps to get to this point), and metal clip (tied to line) is broken (this is main problem clip is broken at point where it would hold into cutout in window channel).

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example the metal channel should be 32-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.
