I tried to fix a window that wouldn't stay up. Removed sash, and the channel lock was broken. Please help me identify the correct replacement, as well as any instruction/guidance documentation on how to install. Thank you!
We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its special block and tackle configuration. Thankfully, your photos tell me just about everything we need to get started. I just need two pieces of information.
First, can you show me a picture of an undamaged version of that hook, perhaps from the other balance in the window? I think I have an idea of what it is, but custom balances are non-refundable so I want to be 100% sure that we get this right before you commit to a purchase.
Can you also tell me how many you wanted to buy? Our minimum purchase quantity in this case is 2.
