Question

1. Length of metal channel is 19 5/8"
2. Stamp is 19 3 and to the side of this stamp is B.S.I. with PG to the side. I would send you a photo of the markings however I reached my 5 photo upload limit.
3. Manufacturer is Certainteed, all windows were installed when the building was built in 2006.
4. I would like to order 16 balances.

Thanks for writing in! I was able to use the information you provided to confirm that we can supply you with the requested extended-travel balances. However, there will be one slight difference to them.

These replacements will come with the 62-108 tension cord clip installed instead of the attachment you currently have. That clip was recently discontinued by the manufacturer and they've confirmed this clip as a suitable replacement. So, you should have no trouble with the installation.
