Window manufacturer is Insulate

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with the correct balances for your window. May I please see a photo of the bottom shoe (with the wheel and hook) from a side profile view?

Also, I did want to make you aware, these balances typically have a length of 19-5/8" or 19-7/8", so I would be sure to double check the balance length as well.

Jasmine, Thanks very much for the quick reply. I did measure the channel again and I measured 19 3/8"? This is the exact end to end for just the channel I have attached a photo of the side of the bottom shoe.

Thanks for confirming. I've just forwarded a link with quote for the (4) requested balances. They will be made in the same configuration you have requested.

These will have a measurement of 19-7/8". Therefore, I would be extra certain to double and triple check the length of the metal channel before purchase. These balances are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
