26 3 BSI oc (some are 26 4 BSI oc) I assume 3 and 4 are spring sizes?
Metal Channel is 26 5/8" long
Total of 40 (20 windows)
Issue is the pulley not spinning causing the rope to groove the pulley and binds.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 26-5/8" which is what makes it custom.

After disassembling the balances, I have determine the failure point to the white pulleys in the part noted below. In some windows only one pulley is bad, so I can punch out the shaft and salvage the good pulley. I've been able to fix 5 windows by reassembling the balance with any good pulleys I salvage. In lieu of having to make 40 custom balances I could fix all the windows with parts using two options. 1) 80 white pulleys, or 2) 40 of the part below.
Let me know if this works. Also if the pulley's come in 100 pieces bags I be willing to have extras.

We don't sell the pulley separately, unfortunately. We're only able to supply the whole balance. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
