Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid this information isn't enough for me to ID your balance. In order to do so, I will need you to remove an undamaged balance from the window. What we're specifically looking for are photos of the top and bottom fittings as well as the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord. 

Thank you! We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 29-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
