It also had a piece fall out. googling around it appears to be a "Stepped Sash Guide, Alpine" I checked this one against the one on your site and measurements line up. I don't however for the life of me know where it goes. I'd like to order 2(maybe two how many should it have?) as well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 32-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double check to be safe.
