We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system, and unique combination of end attachments. Before we get started, I would recommend double-checking the length of your balance and the code stamped on it since a 21-5/8" long metal channel would generally be stamped with 21 5, rather than 31 5. Once we can confirm the correct length and stamp code for your balances, we'll be happy to send over an order link and price quote. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We just sent over an order link for two of the 31-5/8" balances you requested. We already sent the link for the 25-5/8" balances based on your second post. Keep in mind that the minimum order is two of each balance since it is important to replace the balances on both sides to ensure that the sash is evenly supported. Just let us know if you need anything else.
