Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. However, the metal channel should measure 18-7/8" long. Our replacements for these balances are designed to replace those that end in 7/8" lengths and custom orders are nonrefundable. Can you double-check that for us just to be on the safe side?

It does appear that the metal channel length ends in 1/4". Our replacements are only designed to replace those with lengths that end in 7/8", unfortunately. Your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer or supplier of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
