Hi. Requested a quote for 4 window balances but it turns out I only need 1.

We just sent over an updated order link for you but please note that the minimum order for custom balance is two. We recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window in all cases since replacing one side can result in the sash being unevenly supported, which can damage the balances and even the window itself in some cases.
