Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Length is 29 5/8". Stamp is 29 4. Stamp also indicates BSI. I believe your S380 is the correct model. The bottom fitting is 1" depth; ergo the S380. The top fitting appears to have had wings that are broken off. I need two balances as well as two sash cams. They are also broken. I can provide a picture of them.

Thanks for writing in! The Series 380 would not be the correct replacement for these balances as they are an extended travel channel balance. They will need to be a custom order.

In regard to the sash cams, may I see a photo of the part you are referring to? I believe you may be referring to the top sash guide. If that is the case, I'll need to see them from a front profile view to confirm the most accurate replacement.

Take a look at our 18-171 Alpine Stepped Sash Guide. Carefully review and compare the measurements to your existing top sash guide to confirm that this is the right replacement. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.

Sorry for the delay as I was out of town. I checked the measurements of the Alpine Stepped Sash Guide and I agree this is the correct part. Can you please send a new quote with two of the guides with the balances to initiate purchase?
