The channel length is 26.5" long. 1/2" wide and 5/8" deep.
The stamp printed on it is 26 4,
The window was manufactured by Milgard and probably made in 2005 (that's when the house was built).
The window is 34" wide by 57.5" tall. The lower window is 29" tall. I don't know the weight, but I'll guess that it's 30-40 lbs.

You should be aware that the length of these balances is 26-5/8". So you'll want to double check the length prior to placing your order. If your balances are truly 26-1/2" these balances will not work to replace your balances. Keep in mind custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

You're right, the length is 26?". Does the width matter for this balance? I initially measured ½" wide inside of the curved edge. If I consider the outer part of the curved edge, it's actually 9/16" wide. I hope that makes sense. I've attached a photo.

I've confirmed that the length of the balance should be 26-5/8" (or 27.625"), which would be closer to 27". You've stated your balance is 26-1/2" (or 26.5"). Would you be able to double check the length of the channel again?

It is most definitely 26 5/8". It is nowhere near 26 7/8". Could you please double check and confirm?

My apologies for the typo, I've corrected that in my previous response. If the length your are getting is 26-5/8", as stated in my initial response, then our balances should work fine for you.

One last thing before I order - since these are not refundable, could you please send me photos of the end pieces and hook on the balance in my quote? I just want to see for myself that they match the originals. Thank you

I'm sorry to say that I do not have a way to send you the photos as these are a custom item and not a standard item in our inventory.

The reason we request to see the photos, especially the custom orders, is to ensure we are supplying you with the correct parts. The balance in the quote is based specifically on those photos.

In the event that you do receive the incorrect balances, we will correct the order. Since that is a situation where the return would be on us because the error is our fault.

I received the new channel balances but now I need another part. I believe it's called the top sash channel balance guide. I've attached photos. It is barely 1.5" long. The top part is 1/2" long. I forgot to measure the width (the window is back in place), but I believe it is 5/8" wide. The bottom part is barely 1" long. The number on the back is M513. The left side is broken and so wouldn't accept the new channel balance. I will need 2.

Thanks for the photos. We do not carry an exact match for the type of top sash guide you are searching for as your isn't made anymore, however, our 18-188 might be worth considering as a replacement.
