The length is 25.4 i think. The stamp is 25 4. I only know it's NAMI certification program for quality control. I need 4.

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need however, before we can move forward there is one detail I'll need to confirm.
Our balances are only sold in 7/8" increments. This means, the balance we will be supplying you with would be 25-7/8".
Can you double check the length of your metal channel? If yours is truly 25.4", our balances will not work as a replacement for you.

Hi Jasmine, thanks so much for your reply. I attached 2 new pictures about the length measure. Also i attach one picture about the bottom detail for one side. Please let me know if you have the balance.

Thanks for confirming. Since your balance appears to be much shorter that 25-7/8", I'm afraid we would not be able to supply you with the replacement balances needed for you window.
