Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances however, I'll need to see photos of them to confirm the correct replacement. Extended-Travel Channel Balances are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom assemblies, so it will be important to see them removed from the window to ensure that they are the right parts.

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top attachment of your balances as well as the bottom attachment and the hook/clip attached to it.

Before moving forward with making your purchase, I just wanted to be sure that you are looking to replace those exact balances. Again, these will be custom order balances, which are non-refundable and non-returnable. So you'll want to be sure that this is the exact balance you are replacing.

You'll also want to double check the length of your balances. Ours are 23-5/8" and 25-5/8". If yours are truly made in a half inch increment, our balances will not work to replace these.
