Hello there!

We can help supply replacements for this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel for your balance should measure 30-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to triple check to be safe. 

Can you show me a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? That's the last detail I need in order to get this moving for you.

Here you go, this is a pic of the balance that's still good and hasn't broken. Looks like it's between 30 5/8" and 30 3/4". That's measuring just the channel itself of course, not the plastic ends.
