Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need, however, these will need to be a custom assembly. So, I'll need a bit more information to ensure we are supplying your with the correct hardware.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the top plastic attachment from the balance as well as a side profile view of the bottom fitting. I'll need to see how the shoe is riveted to the balance as well as the shoe of the shoe.

Also, please be aware that there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Thank you! These photos are a huge help. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote right now that will let you add 2 of these to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.

Yes, I understand the request. However, as mentioned in my previous response there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balances. Therefore, you would not able to purchase just one.

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please let me know if there is anything else I might be able to assist with.

Hey there, maybe I can offer some additional insight. We always recommend replacing balances in pairs regardless of the condition of the originals. The reason for that is because springs lose a little tension over the years from constant use. Even if an older balance is still in good working condition, it will always be weaker than a brand new model. This results in the new balance having to work a little harder to pick up the slack for its weaker partner, which can  lead to early failure. The rule of thumb for window balances is that if you replace one side, you need to replace the other, as well.

What I do when I work on these is keep the old balance around as an emergency spare, just in case one of the other windows in the house fail. Pairing new with old isn't a good idea, but pairing old with old can't do any harm. That way I can use it as a temporary backup until I get a hold of proper replacements.
