I need two window balances marked 27-4 with the bottom roller at the very end of the window balance.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 27-5/8" which is what makes it custom. With that said, I will email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

Please note, the replacements will have winged top and bottom fittings but it won't affect function. I just wanted to give you a heads-up!
