Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

Metal channel = 31 9/16 in, stamp shows 31 9 BSI RF, The window is milgard, unknown mfg date,
I will ultimately need 4 balances to replace them all, but currently only one slips out of the window and becomes jammed. That is on the LH side of a window that looks like it has adjustment strips that are somewhat loose. I also would like the plastic piece that connects to the top of the window even though the existing one looks in good condition and is securely installed.

Thanks for writing in! These will need to be custom/special order balances, given that you have a wheel in the shoe; they are Extended-Travel Balances.

I am not able to see the clip or hook attached to the shoe of the balances in your photos. The hook is one of the important details of the balance that helps us to identify the proper replacement. With that said, you'll likely need to remove the balance from the window so that we can see a clear photo of that attachment.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
