Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balances are not an extended travel balance as they do not have a wheel installed in the shoe. To replace your balances, you'll need either the S351-24 with a 1" shoe or the S390-24 with a 1-1/8" shoe. The length of the the metal channel of these balances is 24".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2330 stamp. I've confirmed this from the 23 3 marking on the metal channel.
