Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 18-5/8" which is what makes it custom.

Thank you Emily! Can you also quote me for 2 additional balances of the same type but with length 9-5/8". I don't have the original balances for this smaller window but it seems to be the same manufacturer as for the first quote.

Sure, I'd be happy to do that but I would need to know the stamp first. I know you said you don't have the old ones on hand so we would need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight. That will allow us to determine the proper stamp.
