Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, your metal channel should measure 26-7/8" long. You may want to double-check just to be safe.

The part in your first photo is called a top sash guide but yours is a bit odd. May we see some photos of an undamaged version?

Dang, you are good!! It was 26-7/8. Pictures uploaded, looks like I'll need to replace those too, haha

Can we change the qty to 20. I didn't realize my other windows used the same riser

I see the sash guides, I still want to know how much it would cost for the risers fyi. All of mine are rusty/stiff, some have broken winged guides

Thanks for waiting while we confirmed the availability of these balances. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (20) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, there is a 5-6 business week lead time.

The 18-171 top sash guide isn't included in this link so don't forget to add your desired quantity to your cart separately!
