Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

Hi, the channel length is 32.75" and I believe it is.5" wide.  I attached pictures of the name brand, plastic fittings, and a picture of the AAMA certification sticker.  I need one replacement.

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window. However, there are a few bits of information I'll need to confirm that with certainty.

To start, please double check the length of your metal channel. It should be 32-5/8". I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel as this determines the amount of weight your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash..

You should also be aware that since these are an extended-travel channel balance, these will be a custom assembly. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
