Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thanks for writing in! I am sure that we can supply you with replacement balances, however, these will need to be custom made assemblies, given that they are Extended-Travel Balances. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance, so I'll need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase.

I'll need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments. Most importantly, I'll need see the clip or hook attached to the shoe of the balances. These balances typically have them, so if yours does not, you will need to find an undamaged balance.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to get the link sent over so that you can purchase your balances.

Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. So it is important to confirm which the top and bottom attachments as well as the type of clip/hook your balances have.
