Given that your balances are Extended-Travel Channel Balances, they will need to be custom made assemblies. There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacements you need but I'll need to see photos of the balances, removed from the window.

I am looking to see the top and bottom attachments from the balance. I'll especially need to see the hook from the shoe and a side profile of the bottom shoe.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
