The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 32-5/8" which is what makes it custom. However, there's been a change since we last spoke. You should note that the original manufacturer discontinued your exact assembly and no longer makes it. The good news is that they have a modern equivalent that is meant to work in all the same applications. The design is a little different, though, and as a result so is the spring calibration. I will need you to tell me the exact weight of your sash, down to the ounce, so that we can verify the proper calibration on the new style.

The new style balance uses a different rating system, so we aren't able to cross-reference the old stamp. We can offer the 3240 stamp for a sash weighing 23 to 28 pounds, but this won't work if the sash weight doesn't fall within the weight range, which is why it's important to weigh the window sash. It's also important to note that custom orders are nonrefundable.
