Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out to us! These will need to be custom/special order balances, since these are Extended-Travel Balances. Although, to properly identify the balances, I'll need to see a photo of the clip or hook attached to the shoe of the balances in your photos. These balances typically have them, so if your balances do not, you'll need to find an undamaged balance with one in tact. It is important to confirm which clip/hook your balances have as they are important for the installation of the balance.

Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable and this is why we stress the importance of confirming this information.

Once I have a photo of the hook, I'll be able to get the link sent over so that you can purchase your balances.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I think I got the photos you need. I would also like to replace the "shoes as they are deformed a bit. Also, do you sell the fuzzy window seal / felt that goes in the window and lubricant for the window slides?

Thanks for the help. If I also wanted to add 6 new shoes, replacement felt and slide lubricant, what part numbers would I need to add?

My apologies, I did forget you mentioned those items. The felt you are are looking to replace is the wool pile weather stripping. To recommend the correct replacement, I'll need to know the width of the base as well as the height of the pile. These measurements will need to be written out.

As for the lubricant, you'll want to use a small amount of a silicone based spray. Unfortunately, we do not sell this.

In regard to the shoes, I believe you may be referring to the top sash guides that are installed to the top corner of the window. Although, if your are referring to the shoes attached directly to the channel, these balance shoes are not sold separately from the assembly.

We do not carry an exact replacement for your top sash guide but our 18-188 should work fine as a replacement. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that these will be a fit.
