Thank you for your reply.
Because I live in Japan, I had lots of trouble to find the parts.
I'm very happy to find it on SWISCO's website and appreciate you proceeding with the discussion.
I'm not sure if the balances fit the windows in my home, for now I would like to buy 10 balances.
After confirming they fit the windows, then I would like to buy another 18 balances (2 for spare).
Please show the prices with shipping fee to Japan.
