Question

Metal channel is 13.25 inches long. Stamping says"13.2". The top fitting and metal hook photos match my sash balance.

Thanks for posting! There is a good chance that we can supply you with the replacement balances you are searching for but I'll need to see a few more pieces of information to confirm the most accurate replacement. Extended-Travel Channel Balances are custom made assemblies and oftentimes have very specific attachments.

I'll need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments. Most importantly, I'll need see the clip or hook attached to the bottom of the balances and a side profile view of the bottom shoe. These balances typically have hooks/clips, so if yours does not, you'll need to find a balance with one in tact.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
