Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 20-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double checking to be safe.

If you can tell me the exact number of balances you need, I can draft a price quote.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, 20-7/8" is correct.

Can I get a quote for a quantity of 13?

Is this something that I should stock up on in the present time?
or will there always be somebody able to custom order this in the future like 10+ years out?

Thanks for confirming that for us! I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (13) balances. You can use this to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well.

I also want to mention we always recommend replacing the balance on both sides of the window. Pairing a new balance with an old one will only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster, as it has to pick up the slack for the older balance. Just something to keep in mind!

As for how much you should stock up on, that is ultimately up to you. Oftentimes, window manufacturers discontinue their hardware but that isn't something we can predict, unfortunately.
