Thanks for writing in! Since you've indicated that your balances are an Extended-Travel Channel Balance, they will need to be a custom-made assembly. I'll need to see a photo of the existing balances to identify the right replacement.

The stamp from the balance is only used to determine the weight range a balance should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash. Unfortunately, it cannot be used the identify the exact balance needed for the replacement.

I am looking to see photos of the top and bottom plastic attachments and the hook from the bottom shoe. It would also help to see a photo of the side of the bottom shoe to see how the shoe attaches to the balance.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
