Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 23-5/8" which is what makes it custom.

I just checked since I needed to replace slides for two separate windows. The second window's slides have the same shape, style, and dimensions as the first but the stamp is different. The first window's slides has a "23 2" stamp and the second window's slides has a "23 5" stamp.
